Greek School Celebrates OXI Day!                                                                                                                                      

On October 27th, Greek School proudly celebrated OXI Day with a special program in Dombalis Hall for their families followed by a small reception. Students marched in waving their Greek flags and donning Greek or Italian army helmets—there were even a few adorable mustaches in the crowd!

The celebration began with a brief introduction to OXI Day, followed by a skit depicting the famous conversation between Grassi and Metaxas, when Greece declared its defiant “OXI!” The entire Greek School joined together to shout “OXI!” and sing the Greek National Anthem. Students then recited poems in commemoration of the day, showcasing their enthusiasm and love for their heritage.

Annual Greek School Cookie Fundraiser

Our Fourth Annual Greek School Cookie Fundraiser is underway now through November 10th!

We are offering two delicious varieties for $10 per box:  Koulourakia OR Greek Pastry Box (includes melomakarona, baklava, and kourambiethes)
