Greek School

Letters Day:  Our students recently showcased their hard work during Letters Day. From researching Greek Mythology or Historical figures, various regions of Greece to exploring timeless Greek traditions, students created beautiful posters that will be displayed at the Independence Day Luncheon.

Three Hierarchs Program:  On February 7th, a group of our students traveled to Saints Constantine and Helen Church in Newport News for the annual Three Hierarchs Program. It was a beautiful event where our younger students performed a sweet rendition of "Fengaraki mou Lambro," and our older students recited poems honoring the Three Hierarchs. It was a proud moment for our school to celebrate the Three Hierarchs alongside other regional Greek Schools.

Bowling Night: The fun continued on February 21st with our Annual Bowling Night! It was a fantastic evening of fellowship and smiles as our students and families enjoyed some friendly competition outside the classroom.

Greek School is honored to host the Independence Day and Annunciation of the Theotokos Luncheon on Sunday, March 22, immediately following the Divine Liturgy. Please click for the official flyer included in this newsletter for further details on how to purchase tickets. We look forward to celebrating these significant milestones in our faith and history with all of you!

Thank you for supporting Greek School and helping us continue to celebrate our faith, culture, and community!
